Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the ETC's Bangalore office. You will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to our team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide calendar management and scheduling for assigned staff, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage office systems, including maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital), and ensuring smooth operation of office equipment.
Draft correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Answer phones, screen calls, and provide courteous and professional customer service.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and maintaining stock levels.
Prepare and maintain reports and databases as assigned.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong work ethic, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Knowledge of economic development or related fields (a plus).
