About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing high-quality graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency in branding and visual communication across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding & Identity Design – Develop and maintain the organization's visual identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and design guidelines.
2. Marketing & Promotional Materials – Create brochures, posters, infographics, flyers, and advertisements for online and offline marketing campaigns.
3. Social Media & Digital Content – Design engaging graphics, banners, and creatives for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns.
4. Website & UI/UX Design Support – Assist in designing website elements, landing pages, and digital interfaces to enhance user experience.
5. Video & Motion Graphics (Optional) – Develop animations, GIFs, and short promotional videos to support branding and marketing initiatives.
6. Event & Campaign Design – Design visual assets for events, webinars, product launches, and corporate presentations.
7. Collaboration & Innovation – Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and leadership to brainstorm and execute creative design solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Creative Specialist.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience in designing for social media, digital marketing, and print media.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and website graphics is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
