Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager - HNI in the Investor Relations (IR) department will be responsible for managing relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) who are key investors in the Economic Transformation Council’s initiatives. The role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with HNIs, offering tailored advisory services, and ensuring investor satisfaction. The candidate will play a critical role in communicating the Council's economic vision, investment opportunities, and strategic plans to HNI investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI investors, understanding their financial goals and aligning them with the Council’s objectives.
Personalized Communication: Provide regular, customized updates and reports on projects, investment performance, and market insights relevant to HNI interests.
Investment Solutions: Offer personalized investment strategies and opportunities aligned with the Council’s economic and business initiatives.
Client Retention: Address investor queries promptly and efficiently to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Networking and Events: Organize and participate in high-level investor meetings, networking events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and attract new HNIs.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic developments, and relevant industries to provide timely insights and advice to HNI investors.
Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports, project performance summaries, and progress updates to investors on a periodic basis.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, strategy, and communication departments) to ensure investor expectations are met.
Compliance: Ensure all investor relations activities comply with financial regulations and the Council's internal policies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, or similar roles focused on HNI clientele.
Experience in financial services, economic development, or business consulting is highly valued.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to high-net-worth individuals.
