We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Manager - Investor Relations. This individual will be a key player in managing and enhancing the relationship between ETC and its investors, providing strategic insights and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of economic policies, investment strategies, and financial analysis, with a proven track record in investor relations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Investor Relations Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with ETC's overall objectives.
Identify and target potential investors, ensuring a diversified investor base.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing queries and providing timely information.
Prepare and present investor communications, including quarterly reports, press releases, and presentations.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial reports, market trends, and economic data to provide strategic insights to investors.
Monitor and report on the financial performance and its impact on investment strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.
Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
Provide regular updates to the senior management team on investor sentiment and market developments.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, marketing, and legal to gather and disseminate relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or CFA is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing investor relations in a high-growth or large-scale organization.
Skills:
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and use of investor relations tools.
