With over 17 years of global HR leadership experience across North America, the Middle East, and Singapore, Ms. Kaur is a transformative leader known for her ability to innovate, inspire, and drive change. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including broadcast media, IT services, and financial services, where she has consistently demonstrated excellence in HR strategy, organisational transformation, and workforce capability building.

Most recently serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President at Republic Media Pvt. Ltd., Ms. Kaur has led HR functions for organisations with workforces exceeding 3,500 employees. She is widely recognised for her contributions to cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, and digital innovation in HR practices. A passionate advocate for gender diversity, Ms. Kaur has pioneered initiatives that promote women in leadership roles and foster inclusive, equitable workplaces.

In her new role as Honorary Director, Ms. Kaur will lead the development and implementation of strategic internship programs under Sankofa India, designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Her visionary leadership will focus on creating impactful opportunities for young professionals, enabling them to thrive in dynamic and competitive environments.
